Schedule a Zoom Meeting with Office 365 Calendar

Do ensure you have a valid NUS Zoom Account signed in via SSO.

Steps:

  1. Login to Office 365 on your web browser
  2. Open up Calendar
  3. Create New Event.
  4. Click on the ellipsis (...), select Zoom and click Settings.
  5. Click Sign In with SSO.
  6. Type in the company domain: nus-sg
  7. It will launch a browser for you to login with NUS ID and password.

  8. You are now ready to add a Zoom Meeting. Add participants, select date and time as you would in a normal outlook calendar.

  9. Check the Security and Advanced Options like you would with a normal Zoom Meeting. The meeting settings can also be accessed from the NUS Zoom Portal upcoming meetings: https://nus-sg.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming
