Schedule a Zoom Meeting with Office 365 Calendar
Do ensure you have a valid NUS Zoom Account signed in via SSO.
Guide to Sign In: Log in to Zoom
Steps:
- Login to Office 365 on your web browser
- Open up Calendar
- Create New Event.
- Click on the ellipsis (...), select Zoom and click Settings.
- Click Sign In with SSO.
- Type in the company domain: nus-sg
- It will launch a browser for you to login with NUS ID and password.
- You are now ready to add a Zoom Meeting. Add participants, select date and time as you would in a normal outlook calendar.
- Check the Security and Advanced Options like you would with a normal Zoom Meeting. The meeting settings can also be accessed from the NUS Zoom Portal upcoming meetings: https://nus-sg.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming
