High CPU Usage

We understand that it is very important to be able to use Zoom properly, without disruption caused by system crashing and frozen during meeting.

Systems crashing and frozen screen sharing issues are often related to high CPU usage.

To prevent this from happening, please ensure that all unnecessary application that is running on your computer and at the background are closed.

 Close all other applications

Open the Task Manager (or Activity Monitor), and go to the CPU list. See what apps are using the most CPU and shut down those not required for the meeting. Also avoid high bandwidth activities like uploading/downloading of large files, syncing of cloud storage and video streaming.

Do upgrade to the latest Zoom client version for the best meeting experience by Checking for Update regularly.
