Meeting Summary
To initiate an AI-generated meeting summaryAllows hosts to generate summaries of meetings and send them to participants.
To enable Meeting Summary (if it's not):
Sign in to NUS Zoom web portal: https://nus-sg.zoom.us
On the left navigation menu, click Settings.
Click the AI Companion tab.
Under Meeting, select the Meeting Summary with AI Companion toggle.
Meeting Summary send/start options:
Send an email notification when sharing with users
Include summary text in the email
Don't include summary text in the email
Share options:
Only me (meeting host) *default
Only myself (meeting host) and meeting invitees in our organization
All meeting invitees including those outside of our organization

Smart Recording
To Allows hosts to divide cloud recordings into smart chapters for easy review, highlight important information and create next steps for attendees to take action.
- Recording Highlights: Zoom highlights the most important parts of the recording. Hosts can adjust the highlights and share the video summary with users.
- Smart Chapters: Zoom groups sections of the recording into chapters with an overview. Hosts can edit the chapters manually.
- Next Steps: Zoom summarizes any actions to take after the recorded session. Hosts can edit the next steps manually.
- Meeting Coach: Not enabled by default. Meeting coach currently does not support the content region setting selected in Singapore.

- Sign in to NUS Zoom web portal: https://nus-sg.zoom.us
- On the left navigation menu, click Settings.
- Click the Recording tab.
- Click the Cloud Recording toggle to enable or disable it.
- In the Advanced cloud recording settings section, select the check box next to Create audio transcript to enable it, then click Save to confirm the change.
- Click the AI Companion tab.
- Under Recording, select the Smart Recording with AI Companion toggle.
- (Optional) Select or clear any of the following check boxes as desired.
- Create recording highlights: Zoom will automatically highlight the most important parts of the recording. Hosts can adjust the highlights as needed and share the video summary with users.
- Create smart chapters: Zoom will automatically group sections of the recording into chapters with an overview. Hosts can edit the chapters manually.
- Create next steps: Zoom will automatically summarize any actions to take after the recorded session. Hosts can edit the next steps manually.
- Meeting coaching: Zoom will provide additional analytics on key meeting and conversation factors, including talk speed, talk-listen ratio, longest spiel (or monologue), filler word usage, and patience.
Note: If you clear all the check boxes, Smart Recording will be disabled.

- Why is my meeting summary in Chinese?
Change the Language and Time Zone in your Profile Settings to English and (GMT+8:00) Singapore. Why is it "Powered by Revenue Accelerator"? Is this a third-party tool?
