VoiceIT
VoiceIT is an application developed by CTLT for NUS Staff to create videos and podcasts from PowerPoint slides and images (VPN is required off-campus).
Please note that VoiceIT is only meant to be used for teaching material that is incidental to the main course content, such as supplementary explanations, recaps, introductions, or administrative instructions. It is not to be used for primary instructional content or core lectures.
AI-enabled
VoiceIT can convert PowerPoint slides into a video and transcode the speaker notes into a synchronised audio track, with a library of AI-generated stock voices to select from. If you would like to train your own AI voice to be added to this library for future recordings, contact us for more information.
Easy to use
VoiceIT enables those with little video- or audio-editing knowledge to create rich and engaging videos and podcasts. Simply upload existing PowerPoint slides with your narration script under the speaker notes, and VoiceIT will take care of the rest.
Quick to create
For instructors, VoiceIT can be used to quickly create videos to supplement main course content, offering students additional resources to enrich their learning.
Easy to update
VoiceIT makes it easy to update your video content and instructional materials! All your need to do is edit your PowerPoint slides and speaker notes, re-send them to VoiceIT, and a new video is created in minutes.
