User Guide For Hybrid Room (AW-HE40)

Hybrid System Control Panel

Select “PC” if using Pc for Zoom session.

Select “LAPTOP” if using laptop for Zoom session. (Note : Connect the USB cable to your laptop)

Select “MUTE” to mute ceiling microphones.

Select “UNMUTE” to unmute ceiling microphones. (Note : The ceiling microphones will lighted Green when is ON and lighted Red when is OFF.)

	Go to Video Settings. Set ”Camera” to AW-HE40. Check ”HD”. Set “Adjust for low light” to Auto. (Note: Use the Camera remote on the desk to select different view angle presets.)

Go to Audio Settings.
Set “Speaker” to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.
Set “Microphone” to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone. (Remember to press the UNMUTE button on the Hybrid System Control Panel.)
Uncheck “Automatically adjust microphone volume” and drag microphone volume slider to approximate 80%.
Set “Suppress background noise” to Medium.

(Note: Recommended Zoom participants always mute the microphone. Only unmute when necessary.)

Allows for camera angle adjustment and also able to switch between 3 preset angles.
