FAQ
Q1. I had an SSO SIgn In Error after receiving my new NUS ID, changed my NUS ID or NUS Friendly Email Address.
Ans: Since 20 May 2023, accounts will be pre-provisioned from the NUS Active Directory system. It may take up to 24 hours for the information to by synced.
** Please do not register for new account at zoom.us with the NUS email address.

Q2. My Zoom Free Basic account is not with NUS Zoom. And I can't Sign In with SSO , company domain: nus-sg. What do I do?
Ans: Please terminate your Basic FREE Zoom account. Once done, wait for 24hours, then Sign In with SSO, company domain: nus-sg

Q3. I am a returning student, and I can't Sign In with SSO , company domain: nus-sg. What do I do?
Ans: You will not be able to login to your previous NUS Zoom account as Zoom disabled it after you left NUS. 
Please add/change a friendly email address as a workaround.

Q4. I have just created/changed my Friendly Email Address. And I can't Sign In with SSO, company domain: nus-sg. This is my first time signing into NUS Zoom. What do I do?
Ans: Please wait 24hours for the accounts to sync, then Sign In with SSO, company domain: nus-sg

Q5. The NUS Zoom account is using my friendly email address. Can we change it?
And: No. Zoom uses the SMTP email address; the friendly email address (if any).

How to log in to NUS Zoom

Click Sign In.N.A.

Click
Sign in with SSO.

DO NOT use the default sign in.



Enter nus-sg as the company domain.

Enter NUSNET ID and password

  • nusstu\userID
  • nusstf\userID
  • nusext\userID

If you encounter issues with logging in, clear your browser's cookies and cache completely (all time or all history), restart the browser, then try again.

Open Zoom.
You will then be brought back to the Zoom app. Allow Zoom to open if prompted.


Logged in.


Check that the account is correct, by clicking on your image thumbnail on top right.

You will see your NUS Email Address (Friendly if any).


Start your Zoom meeting or join a meeting with the meeting ID and passcode.
