Videos (Panopto)


 What are Videos (Panopto)?

Videos (Panopto) are where you upload videos to Canvas. Using the Panopto software, you can create simple screen recordings which are automatically uploaded to the Videos (Panopto) section in your Course. If students need to submit videos as an assignment, you can set up Videos (Panopto) assignment folders to receive their video submissions.

Closest LumiNUS equivalent: Multimedia (MediaWeb)

Videos uploaded to Videos (Panopto) will be available to student viewing immediately after the videos is processed. If you do not want to make the video immediately available to student, you can change your folder settings to Never.
