Q1. I had an SSO SIgn In Error after changing my NUS ID or NUS Friendly Email Address

Q2. My Zoom Free Basic account is not with NUS Zoom. And I can't Sign In with SSO , company domain: nus-sg. What do I do?
Ans: Please terminate your Basic FREE Zoom account. Once done, wait for 24hours, then Sign In with SSO, company domain: nus-sg


Q3. I am a returning student, and I can't Sign In with SSO , company domain: nus-sg. What do I do?
Ans: You will not be able to login to your previous NUS Zoom account as Zoom disabled it after you left NUS. 
Please add/change a friendly email address as a workaround.

Wait for 24 hours then try sign in again with SSO, company domain: nus-sg.

Log in to Zoom

Sign in with SSO.

DO NOT use the default sign in.



Enter nus-sg as the company domain.

Enter NUSNET ID and password

  • nusstf\userID
  • nusext\userID

If you encounter issues with logging in, clear your browser's cookies and cache completely (all time or all history), restart the browser, then try again.

Open Zoom.
You will then be brought back to the Zoom app. Allow Zoom to open if prompted.


Logged in.


Check that the account is correct, by clicking on your image thumbnail on top right.

You will see your NUS Email Address (Friendly if any).


Start your Zoom meeting or join a meeting with the meeting ID and passcode.
