Device Minimum System Requirements

Before your assessment, confirm your device meets the requirements and runs the correct Examplify version.

Supported Examplify Version

NUS officially supports Examplify version 3.11.2 for both Windows and Mac. Verify you use the correct version before your assessment.
If your Examplify version is incorrect, do the following steps:

  1. Remove the downloaded exam file from Examplify, if any.

  2. Download and Install Examplify over your current version.

  3. Take practice exams to confirm the new Examplify works on your device.

  4. Download or re-download your exam file.

Examplify System Requirements

Accessories

Wireless accessories (e.g., headsets, mice, keyboards) are not recommended because:

  • Examplify may affect wireless communications (e.g., True Wireless Stereo switching back to the other device)

  • Interference from nearby devices can cause issues

Use wired equivalents instead. Note that exam venues may have limited desk space.
