  1. Open your Video Conference application.
    1. Example: Microsoft Teams, Zoom,
  2. In your Video settings, set Camera to PTZ Pro 2
  3. In your Audio Settings, set Test Mic to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (2-DMP Plus USB#1) and set Test Speaker to ExtronScalerD (2-NVIDIA High Definition Audio)

Getting the best practice experience

  1. In Zoom Audio Setting, Suppress Background Noise set to Medium.
  2. In Zoom Video Setting, SELECT “adjust to low light”
  3. Disable the Automatically adjust microphone volume and manually adjust the microphone volume level accordingly.
  4. Recommended all the participants (Far End) always mute the microphone, only unmute it when necessary.
