Your connection is not private error message

If you encounter:

  1. Your connection is not private on Chrome with the error ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID, or
  2. Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead on Firefox
    1. Click Advanced and see SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

Then:

  1. Set your computer clock to the correct date and time. Preferably allow the device to set date and time automatically.

  2. Please clear your web browser's cookies and cache (all time/all history, if necessary), restart the browser and try again. If this fails, repeat the process, but reboot your computer before restarting the browser, then try again. Instructions differ based on operating system and web browser.
