A. Yes. You can access Yammer from the browser, from Yammer Embed, from third party Yammer apps and the Yammer apps for your phone/tablet.

Q. Can I add people from external into the groups that I create?

A. Yes you can, but in order to do that, you need to set up an external network. To do that, just click on the box that says "External Network" and choose the options that best fit how you would like the network to function.
