How can I un-publish a / any section in CDMS?

a. Where the information is sourced from CMS (Curriculum Management System), ensure that the correct data has been updated and published there. On CDMS, ensure the latest version is reflected and once verified correct, perform the publishing (populating) of sections.

b. For ‘Instructor controlled’ courses, you may consider using the ‘Save’ instead. ‘Save’ button do not populate the contents in that particular section into the Syllabus of your Canvas course; it is saved as a draft only. Once verified and ready, proceed to ‘Save & Publish this section to Canvas’.
