I cannot see the Upload button (Student)

This also applies to cases where you cannot see the resubmit, download and download digital receipt buttons after submission.

In some circumstances, you may not be able to view the Upload and Review button, nor scroll down to see it, after selecting your file.

Depending on your browser, you can use the following steps as a workaround.

Chrome (and Chrome-based browsers e.g. Edge, Brave)

Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Inbox.

Click View Frame Source.

In the new tab or window, copy the entire URL, starting with https://api.turnitin.com/... 

(Deleting view-source: will not work.)

Firefox

Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Inbox.

Mouseover This Frame. Click Show Only This Frame.

Continue with your submission.

Safari

Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Inbox.

Mouseover This Frame. Click Open Frame in New Tab.

Continue with your submission.
