Bulk import comments
Steps
Prepare the file for upload
Create a csv file in Excel.
In column A, the first row should be: SIS User ID. The rest of the columns should be the students' NUS-ID e.g. e0123456.
You can download NUS-IDs of students in your course via NUS Tools.In column B, the first row should be: Assignment title (Assignment ID).
The assignment ID is the assignment number.
You can see the assignment ID in the assignment URL:
In this example, the assignment ID is 3938. So, if the title of the assignment is Essay 1:
The first row of column B should be: Essay 1 (3938)
You may edit this template as needed.
Enter the students' IDs from second row of column A and comments for the respective ID in column B, then save the file.
Upload the file
Go to Grades.
Click Browse for Import comments.

Select the csv with the comments.
Upload the file. You will be asked to confirm you are uploading x number of new comments.
If you upload a new set of comments, you will add a new comment to the respective students' submission, not overwrite existing comments.
Click Confirm.

If processed successfully, you will see the following message. Check your comments in SpeedGrader.
If not, you will see an error message. Please check the formatting of your spreadsheet.
