Examplify hangs during an assessment?

If your computer has frozen, crashed, blue screen or got turned off, please follow the instructions below to get back into the exam.


      Step 1:  Hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds, which will ensure that your device is turned off entirely.

      Step 2:  Turn on your device and login into your device account.


      Step 3:  Wait for Examplify to load and resume your exam.


      Step 4:  If you are prompted for a resume code, seek assistance from the invigilator.
