Unable to launch Examplify after installing it

After installing Examplify, you might run into errors when trying to launch it.



For Windows, this is the error message you may see:

Please take note:

Before proceeding to update your Operating Systems, 

1) Check if you have purchased any software licensed such as Microsoft Office/Adobe etc.

2) If yes, you have purchased the licensed software, please checked that it can run on the Mac OS version that you are going to upgrade. 


To resolve these errors:

  • For Windows users
    Examplify is only compatible with Operating System: 64-bit versions of Windows 10/Windows 11The versions of Windows 10 certified for use are 21H1, 21H2, and Windows 11 21H2.

  • For Mac users
    Examplify is compatible with Operating Systems: macOS Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma.
    Only genuine versions of Mac Operating Systems are supported.
    Please upgrade to the next version of your Mac OS.
    - Example: if you are on MacOS Big Sur upgrade to MacOS Monterey.

    How to upgrade your Mac OS? 


    Step 1: Check your Mac specification. Go to Apple Icon and click on "About this Mac” 

             


             

    Step 2: Check compatibility at this Apple website https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210222

    Step 3: If your device meets the compatibility, before proceed to upgrade, please BACKUP ALL YOUR FILES.

    Step 4: Check out this Apple website on how to download and install macOS https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683

    Step 5: Then proceed to http://www.examsoft.com/nus to download and install Examplify. You may refer to this link on How do I login to the ExamSoft web portal?
