If you are in China and encounter issues with Examplify (e.g. unable to download the exam paper), this might be due to limited local bandwidth capacities and/or internet restrictions.

To resolve the issues, try different internet connections (including hotspot) and/or connect to the NUS Virtual Private Network (VPN).

  1. Go to https://nusit.nus.edu.sg/eguides/
  2. Under 'At Home Computing', click on the icons on the right to download the nVPN Installer and user guide.
  3. Follow the steps in the user guide to install and configure nVPN.
  4. Below is how Pulse Secure looks like once you are connected to NUS VPN.
