Uninstall / "Clean" Uninstall of Examplify - Windows

To uninstall Examplify on Windows, please follow these instructions: 

1. From the Start menu, select Settings. 
   
   
    

2. In Settings, select System and then "Apps & features". 
   
    

   
   

3. Select Examplify, and then click Uninstall. 
   
    

   
   

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove Examplify from your computer. 

   
   

   To do a "CLEAN" uninstall please follow these instructions: 

5. Follow above steps for uninstalling Examplify. 

6. Open a file explorer and type this into the address bar: "C:\Program Files" 
   
    

7. Locate the Examsoft folder and rename it to "Examsoft.old" without quotations.  
   
   
   

   
   

8. Within the address bar, type: "C:\ProgramData"

9. Locate the Examplify folder and rename to "Examplify.old" without quotations.        
                         
   
   

   
   

10. Within the address bar, type "C:\Users\Public\Documents"
    
    
    

    
    

11. Delete both of the .adata folders listed
