Examplify crashes upon starting/after clicking Start Exam

Some Windows users may encounter Examplify crashing upon start/after clicking Start Exam. This is generally caused by antivirus programs quarantining of components of Examplify.

To fix the problem, follow the below steps:

  1. Disable anti-virus software in your laptop

  2. Clean Uninstall/Re-Install Examplify 
  3. Create an exclusion within your anti-virus software for the specific path 
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Examsoft (include subfolders).

    Add exclusion (Anti-virus)

  4. Enable your anti-virus software after creating the exclusion
