File permission error - Internal inconsistency

To fix this issue:

  1. Windows - disable Controlled Folder Access

    1. Use the Windows Search bar and type in "Controlled Folder Access". Click on Controlled folder access System settings.
      Some Windows version can navigate via
       Start Settings Update & Security Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Controlled Folder Access.
    2. Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access.
    3. Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.

  2. Mac
    1. Download and reinstall Examplify:
      Download and Install Examplify - Digital Assessment Student - Wiki.nus (atlassian.net)
