File permission error - Internal inconsistency
To fix this issue:
- Windows - disable Controlled Folder Access
- Use the Windows Search bar and type in "Controlled Folder Access". Click on Controlled folder access System settings.
Some Windows version can navigate via Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Controlled Folder Access. - Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access.
- Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.
- Use the Windows Search bar and type in "Controlled Folder Access". Click on Controlled folder access System settings.
