Add folder exclusion - AVG AntiVirus Free

  1. Open AVG AntiVirus Free
  2. Click Menu followed by Settings



  3. Under General, expand Exceptions



  4. Click Browse and select folder C:\Program Files\Examsoft. Click OK to close the popup window.

  5. Click Add to save your changes


If you encounter this error even after adding exception above, please follow instructions below:

  1. Click Menu followed by Settings
  2. Under General, click on Troubleshooting

3. Untick Block vulnerable drivers

4. Please save your changes.
