Videos/Panopto does not load in Safari (or other web broswers)

If you see an error message saying:

Please enable third-party cookies on your browser.

Methods differ from browser to browser. If the instructions in Panopto's help article do not match, please search for "enable third-party cookies" <insert name of the browser you use>".
