Is it a constraint that only one member must submit enforced for group assignment submissions?

Any group member can submit to a group assignment.

The most recent submission is displayed in SpeedGrader.

Previous submissions - assuming multiple submissions are allowed - can accessed by a drop-down list on the top of the right-hand sidebar in SpeedGrader.
