Can I set a default number of points for all questions within classic quizzes?

You can use a Question Group to evenly distribute the marks. For example, if you want to give 2 points per question in a quiz that contains 10 questions, you can create a question group with 10 questions, then set it to pick 10 questions with 2 points per question.
