Missing ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles?
If you are missing the ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles from your exam dashboard as seen below, follow these steps:
- Verify you are on a compatible version of Examplify, version 2.5 or newer. To ensure you are on the right version of Examplify, check the bottom right corner you should see the version listed there.
- Once you are at the correct version of Examplify, download the exam. If you have downloaded before you update Examplify version, remove the exam (How do I remove downloaded exam file from Examplify?) and download again.
- If you are still unable to see ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles, perform the below steps:
- Remove the exam (How do I remove downloaded exam file from Examplify?).
- Clear registration (How do I Clear Registration on Examplify?).
- Download the exam again.
- If you still do not see the ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles, please verify with your instructor that these settings were selected for this particular exam.
- Upon confirmation, if the assessment posted with the correct settings to include ExamID and/or ExamMonitor the next and final step would be to perform a "Clean" Uninstallation of Examplify - Windows or Mac.
