Missing ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles?

If you are missing the ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles from your exam dashboard as seen below, follow these steps:

  1. Verify you are on a compatible version of Examplify, version 2.5 or newer. To ensure you are on the right version of Examplify, check the bottom right corner you should see the version listed there. 



  2. Once you are at the correct version of Examplify, download the exam. If you have downloaded before you update Examplify version, remove the exam (How do I remove downloaded exam file from Examplify?) and download again.

  3. If you are still unable to see ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles, perform the below steps:
    1. Remove the exam (How do I remove downloaded exam file from Examplify?).
    2. Clear registration (How do I Clear Registration on Examplify?).
    3. Download the exam again.

  4. If you still do not see the ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles, please verify with your instructor that these settings were selected for this particular exam. 

  5. Upon confirmation, if the assessment posted with the correct settings to include ExamID and/or ExamMonitor the next and final step would be to perform a "Clean" Uninstallation of Examplify - Windows  or Mac.

  6. Download and Install Examplify
