Camera greyed out

If your Examplify is stuck at the ExamID loading screen, 

1. Click "Close" and return to the Examplify dashboard.
2. Remove the downloaded exam file (How do I remove downloaded exam file from Examplify?).
3. Clear registration (How do I Clear Registration on Examplify?).
4. Launch Examplify again and login (How do I login to Examplify?).
5. Re-download the exam file and try again.
