Missing ExamID tile on iPad?

Open your Examplify application on your iPad and after downloading an exam, if you do not see the ExamID tile as seen below, do the following:

  1. Verify you are on the latest version of Examplify. If you are not, you will need to remove the exam download (instructions on how to remove exam download or shown below) and then update your application. 

  2. Verify that ExamID was enabled by reaching out to your instructor.

  3. After confirmation, remove the exam download as seen below. 


  4. Confirm and Remove


  5. Uninstall the application from your device.

  6. Install the application from the app store.

  7. Log into Examplify and download the exam. You should now see the ExamID tile.
